You will need:

  • Yarn: Himalaya Dolphin Baby or YarnArt Dolce: 2 colors (beige — 1 skein and brown — 0.5 skein), Himalaya Toffee Baby for hair
  • 5.0 mm crochet hook
  • 3.5 mm crochet hook (for tail)
  • 18 mm safety eyes
  • 2 plastic circles for feet sole
  • Black non-plush yarn for embroidering eyelashes and eyebrows
  • Sewing thread and needle
  • Scissors
  • Fiberfill

Height: 30 cm (11.8”).

Free crochet bull pattern

Abbreviations:
R — row
ch — chain
sc — single crochet
inc — increase
dec — decrease
[…] – number of stitches you should have at the end of the row
(…) – repeat whatever is between the brackets the given number of times

Arms (make 2)
With brown yarn:
R 1: 2 ch, 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook [6]
R 2: (inc) repeat 6 times [12]
R 3: (1 sc, inc) repeat 6 times [18]
R 4: (8 sc, inc) repeat 2 times [20]
R 5-6: 20 sc (2 rows)
R 7: (2 sc, dec) repeat 5 times [15]
Change to beige yarn:
R 8-12: 15 sc (5 rows)
R 13: (3 sc, dec) repeat 5 times [12]
R 14: (3 sc, inc) repeat 5 times [15]
R 15-19: 15 sc (5 rows)
Fold the top opening flat and 7 sc through both sides.

Ears (4 parts)

Make 2 with beige yarn:
R 1: 2 ch, 2 sc in 2nd ch from hook, ch, turn
R 2: inc, 1 sc, ch, turn (3)
R 3: inc, 1 sc, inc, ch, turn (5)
R 4: inc, 3 sc, inc, ch, turn (7)
R 5-8: 7 sc, ch, turn (4 rows)
R 9: dec, 3 sc, dec, ch (5)
Do not cut the yarn. Crochet will continue.

Make 2 with brown yarn:
R 1: 2 ch, 2 sc in 2nd ch from hook, ch, turn
R 2: inc, 1 sc, ch, turn (3)
R 3: inc, 1 sc, inc, ch, turn (5)
R 4-7: 5 sc (4 rows)

Put out beige part and brown part of the ear together with inner part (wrong side to wrong side) and crochet through both parts 7 sc, inc, 7 sc, 5 sc with beige yarn, sl st, 1 ch.
Fold the ear and crochet 3 sc through both sides across.

Sew muzzle to the head between R 43 and R 50. Put some stuffing inside the muzzle before you finish.
Embroider eyelashes with black thread over the eyes. Embroider eyebrows at the distance of 6 stitches from each other and by skipping 1 row up from the eyes.
