Change to blue yarn:

Fasten off.
Attach the yarn to R 21 and crochet the second tail fin the same way as the first.
Stuff the tail with fiberfill.

Arms (make 2)
With pink yarn:

Do not stuff the arm.
Fasten off and leave a long tail for sewing.

Ears (make 2)
With pink yarn:

Do not stuff the ear.
Fold the ear in half and sew the top opening closed with 6 stitches using a needle.
Fasten off and leave a long tail for sewing.

Nose
With pink yarn:
Make 4 ch.
Make an oval, starting from the 2nd ch from hook, work on both sides of the chain.
R 1: from the 2nd ch from hook: 2 sc in one st, 1 sc, 3 sc in last st, along the other side: 2 sc [8]
Fasten off and leave a long tail for sewing.

Assembly
- Sew the ears onto the head.
- Sew the arms onto the sides of the body.
- Make eye tightening and sew on black beads for the eyes.
- Sew the nose under the eyes.
- Embroider the nostrils on the nose with black yarn.
- Attach a key ring holder to the top of the head.
