This adorable crochet Valentine little hedgehog is perfect for Valentine’s Day gifts, keychains and craft fairs. The size of the finished amigurumi little hedgehog with red heart is about 7 cm (2.7″) heght.

You will need:
- 2.0 mm or 1.75 mm crochet hook
- Half cotton yarn. We need beige and red. A little bit of black yarn to embroider the spout
- Wool or other textured yarn for the back
- 2 eyes or beads 5 mm
- Scissors, tapestry needle

Crochet a tummy, start with beige yarn.

ATTENTOIN! 4 Dc do not crochet in the 8th, only crochet one stitch of the BLO after them. Cut and fasten the thread at the end.
Crochet the back from wool.
1-6) same as tummy
7) 4 sc, 1 inc, 3 sc, (4 sc, 1 inc)*3, 3 sc, (4 sc, 1 inc)*2 [42 sc]
8-9) 42 sc
ATTENTION! In the process of crocheting the next row, insert the eyes and fill the toy.
Next, crochet 42 sc. Crochet the stitches of the back and tummy at the same time. Cut and fasten the thread.
Crochet the spout.
I took a darker beige thread, but you can also use the one from which the tummy was crocheted.

Leave the thread for sewing.
Heart
Crochet with red thread.
Make a ring from a thread, as the beginning of a magic ring, crochet into it: 4 ch, 3 Tr, 4 Dc, 1 Tr, 4 Dc, 3 Tr, 4 ch, sl st.
Leave the thread for sewing.
Before sewing on the spote and heart, place them on the tummy and attach with pins.
Sew all pieces together.
Embroider the nose with black thread.
