Here is a free amigurumi whale pattern that would make a perfect gift for any fan of the deep blue sea. There is very little sewing in this pattern. The head and body are crocheted as one piece. You only need to sew on the tail, belly and fins at the end. The finished size of the adorable whale amigurumi is about 22 cm (8.5″) long.

Assembly
1) Sew the tail (2 parts) to the body.
2) Sew the belly to the body.
3) Glue the half beads for eyes: count 22 sc from the magic ring, 6 sc from the belly. The distance between the eyes is 44 sc.
4) Embroider eye whites using a white yarn.
5) Sew the fins to the body between R 34 and R 35, stepping back from the belly 2 sc.
